Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for implementing and supporting network security-related projects, ensuring that the project progresses according to plan and meets security standards.
• Participate in endpoint security project deployment and maintenance, such as antivirus systems, endpoint protection, etc., to ensure the security of enterprise endpoint devices.
• Provide high-level IT technical support to internal users, solve complex software and hardware and network problems.
• Assist with cloud security-related support work to ensure the stable operation of cloud systems and data security.
• Participate in project budgeting and management, optimize resource allocation, and improve project execution efficiency.

Work requirements:

• Have first-line IT support experience, familiar with common operating systems, office software and network environment.
• Have network security project experience, understand the basic principles of information security and related technologies.
• Have practical skills and problem-solving experience in endpoint security, cloud security, or user support.
• Have good communication and coordination skills, be able to efficiently collect and analyze user needs.
• Have project budget management skills, effectively control costs and allocate resources.
