Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Record various relevant operating expenses, and lead the monthly settlement work to ensure accurate and timely financial data
Prepare and analyze financial statements (including income statements, balance sheets, and statement of changes in equity), cash flow reports, and annual budgets and rolling financial forecasts, providing high-level management with strategic value financial insights and decision support
Coordinate annual external financial audits, coordinate with auditors to complete on-site inspections and draft communication; Responsible for corporate income tax filing, capital gains tax reporting, and other related tax filings and compliance matters

Work requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with professional qualifications such as CPA/ACCA/HKICPA
More than 5 years of financial accounting practical experience, with group holding companies, multinational corporations or multi-entity structure under the full range of accounting treatment experience is particularly good
Familiar with Hong Kong's Company Ordinance, Taxation Ordinance and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), with solid experience in tax declaration and audit coordination
Have a high sense of responsibility and attention to detail, and be able to independently push forward monthly and annual settlements and special project financial tasks; have good writing and communication skills in Chinese and English, and be able to clearly explain financial information to non-financial departments
