Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for customer contact and follow-up, including responding to inquiries, processing orders, and providing after-sales support through telephone, email, and instant messaging tools

• Execute sales processes, assist in achieving personal and team sales targets, and regularly report sales progress and customer feedback

• Use basic computer skills (such as Microsoft Office, browsers and CRM systems) to organize customer data, update sales records and create simple reports

• Support company marketing activities, introduce product or service features to potential customers, and enhance conversion rate and customer satisfaction

Work requirements

• Have fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and basic English communication skills, and be able to write emails, quotes and customer records in English

• Familiar with basic computer operations, able to quickly learn internal systems and digital tools without professional IT background

• Have good service awareness and empathy, be able to actively understand customer needs and provide appropriate assistance

• Have basic time management skills, be able to plan your work pace independently in a part-time mode, and ensure tasks are delivered on time
