Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Execute each stage of quality inspection and testing according to relevant standards (such as GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FSSC 22000, etc.), including raw material inspection (IQC), process inspection (IPQC), outgoing inspection (OQC), chemical/physical experimental analysis and product performance testing
Participate in the establishment, implementation and continuous improvement of the quality management system, covering document control, maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOP), validation and verification activities, deviation management and CAPA execution
Execute internal audits, supplier audits, and process audits, identify system risks and improvement opportunities, and drive root cause analysis and preventive measures for quality issues
Collaborate with production, R&D, procurement and other cross-functional departments to coordinate quality, support new product introduction, supplier product quality evaluation and regulatory compliance evaluation
Provide quality training to enhance front-line staff's quality awareness and standard operating procedures

Work requirements

Education and major: College degree or above, (such as chemistry, biology, food, pharmacy, quality management related majors are preferred; some positions (such as system engineer, internal auditor, SQE) require a bachelor's degree or above)
Professional experience: QC position with basic inspection experience is suitable for entry; QA position usually requires 2-3 years of relevant industry QC/QA practical experience, familiar with medical devices, food, drugs, cosmetics or electronic manufacturing, etc. regulated industries are especially suitable
Certifications and skills: Candidates with a chemical/physical inspector certificate, GMP/ISO internal auditor qualification, and laboratory accreditation (such as CNAS) are preferred; familiar with the operation of common testing equipment, measuring instruments and laboratory analysis tools (such as pH meters, balances, chromatographs, microbial cultivation equipment, etc.)
Core competencies: Strictly follow SOP and statutory standards (such as the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, GB National Standard, USP, EU GMP Annex, etc.); have meticulous observation and quality sensitivity; be able to independently complete inspection records, audit reports and CAPA file writing; have basic data processing and trend analysis skills
Qualities: Strict adherence to rules, strong principle, patience and stability, able to handle repetitive inspection tasks; clear logic, good at communicating and coordinating, with systems thinking and continuous improvement awareness
