Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer (full-time/part-time) to join our team at Rich Financial, located above the MTR station in causeway bay.

Your job

Handling general inquiries and loan applications through phone, Whatsapp, and social media platforms (no cold calls required)

Position requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in speaking and writing Cantonese, and with at least three years of work experience
Applicants with telephone sales or related customer service experience will be given priority
Excellent communication skills, friendly and polite attitude
Basic computer word processing knowledge and Chinese input method (Cangjie/Simplified)

5 days work, bank holidays, year-end bonuses
