Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the daily operation of the restaurant floor, including greeting and seating customers, assisting them in ordering and placing their orders, ensuring that the orders are accurate and timely sent to the kitchen.
Follow the process to pass hot food and drinks to the designated table, pay attention to the order of serving, temperature and plating quality, and provide basic table service.
Support business peak hours of human flow guidance and seat allocation, flexibly respond to temporary seating, table changes or customer complaints on the spot.
Collaborate with the team to complete opening and closing procedures (such as setting up tables, replenishing supplies), and follow the shift and break schedule.

Work requirements

Have at least one year of restaurant serving or related floor service experience, familiar with Chinese or mixed-style restaurant operation processes, those who are familiar with Chinese or mixed-style restaurant operation processes are preferred.
Cantonese fluency, able to naturally respond to local customers; Mandarin and English at a basic conversational level, able to handle simple ordering and directions.
Have basic Chinese reading and writing skills, be able to clearly identify menus, work orders and internal notifications, and correctly fill out necessary records.
Appearance is clean and tidy, attitude is proactive and polite, and good service awareness and stress resistance ability are possessed. It is suitable for fast-paced and shift work environment.
Must accept night shifts as the main shift schedule, with daily flexible working hours between 5 and 10 hours, and able to meet the attendance requirements of 4 to 5 days per week.

Benefits

Hourly rate of HKD$70.00, calculated based on actual working hours, meets the Hong Kong statutory minimum wage standard.

Working hours are from 6:30 pm to 10:00 pm, with flexible shift arrangements, including shift and break systems.
