Job Responsibilities
- At the office in Kowloon, we handle customer order-related matters from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm daily
- Through online platforms, respond to customer inquiries in real time, provide clear and accurate information and solutions
- Assist in completing the post-purchase service process, including handling returns and exchanges, tracking order status, and coordinating problems
- Accurately record customer interaction content to ensure complete service records and comply with internal business procedures
- Coordinate with the team's operational rhythm and independently complete daily customer service tasks without excessive supervision
Work requirements
- Have at least one year of experience in customer service or related support positions
- Proficient in operating computer systems, with good Chinese typing speed and accuracy
- Responsibility and autonomy, able to complete assigned tasks within the specified time limit
- Happy to learn new knowledge, and can quickly master product information and service processes
