Duties:
1. Responsible for the planning, implementation, monitoring and summary of BIM projects, ensuring their efficient execution and quality delivery.
2. Coordinate the work of each BIM team, assist department managers to solve related management matters.
3. Supervise BIM model quality control in the project to ensure compliance with project requirements and relevant standards, and develop standard documents.
4. Lead the BIM team, set team goals and plans, provide guidance and support.
Requirements:
1. Have a diploma or above in building engineering, civil engineering or related fields.
2.5 years of relevant work experience, with BIM project and team management experience.
3. Have rich building industry project design and management experience, independent management of large-scale BIM building engineering project experience is preferred
4. Skills required: Familiar with BIM software and tools, with the ability to create, edit and coordinate BIM models, familiar with BIM standards and workflows, and with the ability to control and coordinate BIM model quality.
5. Good team management and communication skills, able to effectively coordinate and guide team members.
6. Understand the BIM design process and its application, and have strong reporting skills.
7. Strong stress resistance, able to adapt to various types of projects, solve sudden technical events or other events. Have relevant team management experience.
Salary range: negotiable
