Responsibilities:

• Responsible for system upgrades and maintenance, assist in analyzing and solving production failures.

• Responsible for system performance optimization and improve system stability.

• Participate in project design and development.

• Assist in providing training to juniors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Java development in the fintech industry.

• Solid foundation in Java and with good programming logic.

• Familiar with open-source frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC, MyBatis, etc.

• Familiar with the development and tuning of relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.

• Familiar with open source technologies such as Kafka, Zookeeper, Netty, Dubbo and Redis.

• Hands-on experience in deployment, configuration and tuning of service containers such as Tomcat and Nginx.

• Strong sense of responsibility, good at logical and systematical thinking.

• Experience in large-scale financial transaction system development is highly preferred.

• Energetic, with a can-do attitude and team spirit.

• Strong communication and presentation skills in Chinese and Mandarin.
