JOB SCOPE

Providing a warm, welcoming experience to all guests for ALLWAYS. Greet guest with courteous, timely and professional manner. Provide excellent service and creating memorable experiences at every touch points.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide services to guests in airport, including but not limited to:

• Provide various services to guests such as printing services, portable charger rental services etc;

• Provide simple baggage packaging services by using related machine;

• Handle payment transaction for the services charges;

• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Handle payment transaction for the services charges;

• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.

• Need to rotate shifts (05:00-15:00; 14:30-24:30)

• 8 days day off per month

• Statutory Holiday

• 10 days Paid Annual Leave

Job Responsibilities

Provide services to guests at the airport, including but not limited to:

• Provide various services to guests, such as printing services, portable charger rental services, etc.;

• Use relevant machines to provide simple luggage packing services to guests;

• Properly handle payment transactions for service fees;

• Assist in handling other assigned work requirements.

Work requirements

• Have at least one year of relevant work experience in the hotel or hospitality industry;

• Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities;

• Applicants who can start work immediately will be given priority.

• Shift work (05:00-15:00; 14:30-24:30)

• Monthly 8 days of paid leave

• Paid labor leave

• 10 paid annual leave days
