Responsible for the daily operation of the personnel department, including recruitment, training arrangements, employee onboarding and resignation procedures, salary calculation and performance evaluation, etc. related administrative support work
Manage various types of personnel files and archives of the company, implement systematization, classification, and regular updating of archiving, and ensure data integrity and confidentiality
Assist in the formulation and optimization of human resources management systems and work processes, and promote the effective implementation of various systems within departments
Coordinate departmental communication affairs, arrange meetings, prepare meeting minutes and follow up on subsequent action items
Handling employee daily inquiries, assisting in maintaining good employee relations, and supporting the organization and implementation of internal activities
Work requirements
3 years or more of human resources work experience
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other office software (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with Chinese input capability
Have good writing and communication skills in Chinese and English, be able to express clearly and accurately handle administrative affairs
Personal characteristics: careful and serious, proactive, and responsible. Able to handle affairs independently.
Passionate about human resources work, willing to learn and cooperate with various tasks assigned by the department
