Securities Expansion Director

Job Overview:

Core Responsibilities:

1. Channel expansion and customer development: Actively explore high-net-worth individuals, family offices and corporate owners in the Chinese mainland, establish and maintain long-term stable cooperative relationships.
2. Customer Relationship Management: In-depth understanding of the wealth management needs of ultra-high net worth clients, and providing them with professional asset allocation solutions and customized financial product services (including securities, futures, asset management, etc.).
3. Business goal achievement: Responsible for guiding customers to open an account and deposit funds with Hong Kong Fuchang Securities, and achieving the company's set asset introduction scale and business revenue targets.
4. Team collaboration and market feedback: Collaborate closely with product, analysis and operations teams to ensure customer service quality, and feed market frontiers information back to the company to help optimize products and services.

Requirements:

1. Basic background: Bachelor's degree or above, finance, economics, marketing, etc. Relevant professional qualifications are preferred.

4. Professional skills: Familiar with Hong Kong and international financial markets, familiar with various investment products, and with excellent market insight, business negotiation and customer relationship maintenance skills.
5. Personal traits: Result-driven, with strong self-motivation and stress resistance, excellent communication skills and professional ethics.
6. Language and qualifications: Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese or English is a major plus. Holding securities, funds, etc. related professional qualifications.
