Store Customer Service Assistant

Working hours: Sunday Monday to Sunday 10:30 - 19:30 (shifts)

• Greet and welcome guests at the store entrance, actively understand their needs and guide them to front-line colleagues for follow-up

• Update company information on the online platform and respond to online customers’ inquiries in a timely manner

• Organize new product photos, write attractive copy and publish on various online platforms

• Assist the supervisor in handling other temporary work and tasks

Requirements:

• High school education or above

• Good Cantonese, Mandarin, and English skills

• Have good customer service attitude, sincere and polite

• Prioritization for immediate employment
