A. Job Responsibilities
1. Fund collection and payment with verification support
Assist in handling the company's daily fund collection and payment business, including securities trading-related fund transfers, cooperation with financial institutions, daily employee expenses Reimbursement payment, etc., strictly following the Hong Kong financial market fund management norms and the company's internal control requirements for finance.
Assist in verifying the authenticity, completeness and regularity of funds payment-related vouchers, promptly record the funds payment ledger, follow up on the progress of funds arrival and make good record feedback.
2. Financial statements and accounting
Assist in entering the approved certificates into the company's financial system, complete the basic accounting processing work, and ensure the accuracy, timeliness and regularity of accounting entry.
3. Account and data management
Assist in maintaining company bank accounts, fund custody accounts, etc. basic information, timely update account status, regularly reconcile account actual balance with financial system data, investigate and follow up to resolve account discrepancies.
Assist in the compilation of funds-related statistical reports, such as daily/weekly/monthly funds receipt and payment details, fund balance statistical report, expenses Reimbursement summary table, etc., complete data statistics, summary and reporting.
4. Cross-border transactions and customer service support
Assist the middle and back office in handling cross-border transaction settlement matters, coordinate with custodian banks, settlement institutions and counterparty financial institutions on their financial integration work, follow up on settlement status and cooperate in handling settlement abnormalities in fund accounting.
5. Other financial support work
Participate in departmental financial work meetings, responsible for the compilation, verification and issuance of meeting minutes, and follow up the progress of implementing meeting resolutions.
Complete other financial and accounting-related operational support tasks assigned by the financial manager.
II. Employment Requirements
1. Education and professional qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above, students majoring in finance, accounting, auditing, and economics are preferred; those familiar with Hong Kong financial accounting standards and financial industry fund management rules are preferred; those with 1 to 2 years of financial and economic internship experience are preferred.
