ROLES:
>>Partnership Management and Ecosystem Development
•Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with commercial banks, issuing banks, card networks, and payment technology providers.
·Lead business negotiations and contract execution,ensuring collaboration models, compliance requirements,cost structures, cash management and service levels align with company strategy.
•Continuously optimize the partner ecosystem and explore new partnerships opportunities in emerging markets or regions.

>>Project Management and Cross-Functional
Collaboration
•Manage contracting timelines, and key milestones to ensure on-time delivery of each programs.
·Advise finance, compliance, legal, risk control, and customer service teams to form an end-to-end operational loop.
.Provide strategic insights and recommendations for the channel partnership development in product innovation.

Requirements:
>>Background Experience: At least 5 years of experience in
payments, card issuance, or remittance product
management, with proven end-to-end experience in building a payment network (including program onboarding, system launch, and compliance review).
•Industry Background: Experience in FX exchanges, fintech companies, issuers, card networks, crypto OTC, or large payment institutions preferred.

>>Skills and Competencies:
·Strong understanding of payment network (SWIFT network /Card networks /Local clearing system/crypto payment networks) and payment processes.
• Capable of managing projects and business
negotiations independently, particularly in
cross-border or multi-party collaborations.
•Strategic thinker with strong execution ability, capable of driving initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
•Language: Fluent in both Chinese and English, able to communicate effectively in international business contexts.
