Logistics Operations Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate local and cross-border logistics partners (such as courier companies, freight forwarders and customs clearance units) to optimize delivery routes and timeliness, and support rapid delivery needs in major global markets.

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), continuously inspect process bottlenecks, and promote the application of automation tools or systems (such as WMS operations) to improve overall operational efficiency.

Work requirements

• Have basic logistics, supply chain or warehouse-related work experience, welcome potential newcomers, the company provides on-the-job training and development support.

• Responsibility and stress resistance, able to adapt to the warehouse site and field coordination and work mode, and to temporarily adjust according to the need for overtime or sudden tasks.

• Familiar with Hong Kong's local transportation environment and logistics regulations, with basic computer operating skills (such as Excel, Email and common warehouse management system operation experience is especially good)
