Cashier

Duties include:

1. Wallet and account management

• Responsible for the daily management, permission maintenance, and secure operation of the company wallet, exchange account, and OTC channel account.

• Execute wallet address management, account status monitoring, and login information standardization storage to ensure asset safety.

2. Chain-based fund operations and audits

• Responsible for the review and execution of on-chain withdrawal, transfer, collection, refund, etc. operations, verify the address, amount, chain type, and remark information.

• Handling bitcoin withdrawal abnormalities, delayed payment, and error refund processes, and promptly following up on problem resolution

3. Stablecoin redemption and funds settlement

• Responsible for USDT/USDC stablecoin redemption business, complete the process of receiving coins, releasing coins, verification and confirmation.

• Stablecoin and fiat currency settlement with partner channels to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timeliness of payment.

4. Streamline reconciliation and accounting

• Daily check of wallet, exchange, OTC channel, and cooperation channel's transaction flow.

• Complete bank reconciliation, difference analysis, abnormal record and follow-up to ensure that the fund balance is consistent.

• Daily issuance of funds, asset balance sheet, reconciliation statement, clearly reflecting the asset situation of each wallet/ exchange/ OTC/ channel.

5. Compliance and risk control

• Strictly adhere to the company's fund system, Web3 risk control rules and Hong Kong's relevant regulatory requirements (VASP/AML/CTF).

• Monitor large-scale, high-frequency, and abnormal transactions, promptly report risks, and cooperate with KYC/AML verification and document retention.

Job Requirements

1. Experience background

• Have experience in cashiering, funds, settlement, and financial related work;

• Applicants with Web3, virtual assets, stablecoin redemption, exchange/wallet fund operations experience are preferred.

2. Professional skills

• Familiar with Hong Kong's multi-currency settlement and cross-border payment processes, and understand the Web3 fund operation logic.

• Master mainstream public chain wallet operations, on-chain inquiries (block explorers), and exchange backend functions.

• Proficient in using Excel to build ledgers, compile reconciliation statements and daily cash flow reports, and acquire basic financial accounting skills.

3. Compliance and language

• Understand Hong Kong's virtual asset regulation, anti-money laundering (AML) basic requirements, and have compliance awareness.

• Fluent English + Mandarin.

4. Quality requirements

• Trustworthy and principled, highly sensitive to funds safety, meticulous and responsible.

• Strong stress resistance, able to adapt to the real-time processing of funds in the Web3 industry, and with quick response capabilities.
