A dynamic digital marketing agency is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead its social media account servicing team and drive client growth through innovative strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Guide, develop and motivate a talented team of social media account managers to deliver exceptional results and foster ongoing excellence
Cultivate and nurture long-term partnerships with major corporate clients, gaining deep insight into their goals and delivering customized solutions
Direct the creation and implementation of creative social media and influencer campaigns that achieve outstanding client outcomes and open new business avenues
Partner with the new business team to develop winning proposals and pitches tailored to client priorities
Maintain superior service standards across key platforms (e.g., Meta, Instagram, Xiaohongshu) to ensure consistently high client satisfaction
Act as the agency’s representative in client presentations, negotiations and industry networking events
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Business or related discipline (Master’s degree advantageous)
At least 6–8 years in social media / digital marketing / account management, including 3+ years in a leadership position
Up-to-date knowledge of digital trends and platforms, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies
Outstanding leadership, presentation, pitching and communication abilities, combined with strategic thinking and analytical skills
Proven ability to inspire and manage teams effectively
Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage a social media customer management team, guide, nurture and motivate team members to achieve outstanding results, and continuously improve service quality and execution efficiency
Responsible for building and maintaining long-term cooperative relationships with large enterprise customers, deeply understanding customer business objectives and brand needs, and providing tailor-made digital marketing solutions
Collaborate with the new business expansion team to write a competitive proposal and presentation content, design a high-conversion-rate business proposal based on the customer's core needs
Represent the company in customer meetings, proposal presentations, business negotiations and industry exchange activities, strengthening the agency's professional image and market influence
Work requirements
Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, advertising, business or related fields, with a master's degree being even better
Have 6 to 8 years of social media, digital marketing or customer management related work experience, with at least 3 years as a team leader
Familiar with current digital trends and mainstream social platforms' operating mechanisms, able to transform market insights into executable strategy actions
Have successfully led teams to complete complex customer projects, able to effectively motivate teams and manage parallel work processes
Fluent writing and speaking skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, allowing for efficient communication in a multilingual environment
