Human Resources Officer (C&B)

<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br></p><ul><li>Provide a wide spectrum of human resources compensation & benefits functions, including but not limited to payroll preparation, attendance records collection & validation, contract management, employee relations, work injury, etc.;</li><li>Provide general HR administrative support as necessary;</li><li>Experience in HRIS implementation;</li><li>Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.</li></ul><p><br><strong>Requirements</strong><br></p><ul><li>Diploma / Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management or other disciplines.</li><li>Some relevant experience is preferred but not a must.</li><li>Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance.</li><li>Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese.</li><li>Detail-minded & organized with good interpersonal and communication skills;</li><li>Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.</li><li>A team player and able to complete tasks undertight timelines.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel Spreadsheets.</li><li><strong>Candidates with relevant work experience will be considered for the position of Senior Human Resources Officer</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Benefits & Others</strong><br></p><p><strong>Work Location :San Po Kong (near MTR Diamond Hill Station )</strong></p>
