Our client, an international legal firm in Hong Kong,isnow looking for suitable candidates to fit their Paralegal (Debt & Capital, Restructure).

• Support Partners and Associates based in Hong Kong

• Manage legal matters such as reviewing drafts, summarizing changes, and highlighting client-relevant modifications

• Handle documentation for closings, completion, and review document checklists
  

Qualifications:

• Paralegal background from top U.S. law firms with 3-5 years of experience in Debt Capital Markets or Restructuring practice

• Proficient in spoken and written English

• Comfortable engaging in conversations and written communications in Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), with the ability to review Chinese drafts
