Customer Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp and email, ensuring prompt and accurate responses
• Assist customers in arranging job seekers' interview time and related document preparation, coordinate both sides’ schedules
• Regularly update customer and candidate information in the internal system to ensure complete and accurate information
• Support recruitment consultants to complete daily operations, including file management, communication and coordination, and process follow-up
• Provide quality customer service with a professional and polite attitude, and enhance customer satisfaction and cooperation stability

Work requirements

• Have secondary school education or above, welcome fresh graduates to apply
• Master basic computer operations and be able to use Chinese input method fluently
• Have good communication skills, be able to clearly express and patiently handle customer needs
• Pay attention to details, be proactive and responsible, and have a spirit of teamwork
• Applicants with customer service or administrative experience will be given priority
