The Role We are seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to lead sales initiatives, strengthen client relationships, and drive market growth.
Responsibilities - Lead and develop the sales team to achieve business targets. - Ensure sales and marketing plans are implemented promptly and effectively. - Establish and maintain excellent professional relationships with clients and internal teams. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships, resolving issues through effective internal coordination. - Manage contracts, agreements, and tender processes. - Analyze local policy and market conditions to inform strategy. - Represent the company at marketing activities and industry events.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree holder in medical, business, or related fields. - Minimum 3 years of experience in the medical industry is an advantage. - Quick learner, able to work independently with minimal supervision. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. - Solid analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
