Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the formulation, decomposition and follow-up of the company's domestic/international annual sales budget targets to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
2. Be responsible for the management of the sales team, formulate incentive policies, establish a talent ladder, and provide talent support for the development of the company.
3. Responsible for cross-departmental communication and coordination in the company, ensuring the production plan of sales orders and the timeliness of product delivery.
4. Be responsible for the establishment and improvement of relevant processes, systems and systems in the sales department of the company to improve the work efficiency of the sales team.
5. Be responsible for the establishment of sales department data, reports, and business analysis systems, providing data support and the basis for decision-making for the sales team.
6. Responsible for customer relationship maintenance and management and sales contract management and risk control, and establish a sales contract risk review mechanism to avoid legal risks.

Qualifications for appointment:
(1) Bachelor's degree and above, 8 years of sales management experience in related industries such as electronics, machinery, electrical and automation, and 5 years of team management experience.
2. Excellent communication and organizational coordination skills, strong motivation, results-oriented, skilled management skills, able to manage cross-regional team management experience on a national / global basis, and possesses headquarters management awareness and experience.

Qualifications:
