Follow up on engineering/interior design/science and culture

<p>Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Assist in the on-site construction management of engineering projects, ensure that the progress of the project is completed on time and meets the design drawings and owner's requirements.</li><li>Responsible for coordinating the various stages of interior decoration, including communicating with designers, contractors and suppliers to ensure that materials and processes meet the standards.</li><li>Follow up on construction site safety measures, regular site inspections, and record relevant inspection reports.</li><li>Organize and update engineering files, construction drawings, change orders, and acceptance records to ensure that documents are complete and accurate.</li><li></li></ul><p><br> Work requirements</p><ul><li>Secondary school graduation or above, those with basic engineering or construction-related knowledge are given priority. </li><li>Applicants with indoor decorating or construction site work experience are especially welcome, familiar with common construction processes and material properties.</li><li>Able to read simple architectural plans and understand construction instructions, with basic computer skills, familiar with Word and Excel and other office software.</li><li>Work actively and proactively, with a sense of responsibility and good communication skills, able to adapt to construction site environments and outdoor work. </li><li></li></ul><p><br></p>
