Job Responsibilities
Responsible for operating the grill and fryer at a Japanese restaurant and food, ensuring food cooking quality is stable and meets the standard
Prepare ingredients, semi-finished products and condiments according to order requirements, and complete dish preparation in accordance with the dining rhythm
Assist the chef with daily preparation work, including cutting vegetables, marinating, seasoning, etc. basic processing procedures
Maintain a clean and hygienic work station, and follow the standard operating procedures for pre- and post-shift cleaning tasks
Follow the kitchen shift schedule, arrive on time and actively participate in team collaboration, and improve overall operating efficiency
