Job Title: Wealth Management Manager

This is a full-time #wealth management manager position located in Chai Wan (Eastern District), provided by AIA's front-line sales team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the wealth management team in providing professional financial planning and consulting services to customers;

• Establish and maintain good customer relationships, drive continuous and stable sales results;

• Understand and analyze the financial, insurance and banking needs of target customers;

• Comprehensive exposure to wealth management, risk management, and customer relationship management in various domains;

• Tailor investment strategies for high-end clients, identify their financial goals and provide solutions ;

• No need for relevant work experience, the company provides systematized training and mentor support;

• Fluent Cantonese as the basic communication language, with good English and Mandarin reading, writing and conversational skills;

• Able to cooperate with standard office hours (09:00–18:00), flexible work schedule on weekdays; Accept hybrid work mode (office and remote collaboration).
