Your role and responsibilities You will become our store's professional consultant, the bridge connecting customers and professional services. Main responsibilities include:
· Professional sales and consulting services: Provide professional advice to customers on car parts and accessories, and sell related products. · Service consultation and scheduling: Receive customer inquiries, deeply understand their vehicle needs (such as maintenance, beauty, maintenance, oil change, Check car, steering adjustment), explain service content, and accurately schedule appointments. · Customer relationship maintenance: Provide quality pre-sales and after-sales services, establish long-term customer relationships, and discover new sales opportunities through professional advice. · Retail store operations management: Responsible for store display, product display, inventory management, and daily operations to ensure the store is professional and clean. · Business promotion: Actively cooperate to promote municipal services and may have the opportunity to participate in car sales to help the company win more business.

· Prioritise customer service, be polite and friendly, and have good communication and problem-solving skills. · Passionate about the automotive industry, eager to learn about car parts, modifications or maintenance (no need for senior experience, the company provides training). · Be proactive and attentive, able to properly schedule appointments and handle daily operations of the store. · Priority will be given to those with a Hong Kong driving license. · Those with retail sales or customer service experience are preferred.
