Job Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist in various outpatient treatment work, including preparing medical instruments, disinfection equipment and sorting out the treatment environment.
- In the treatment process, cooperate with the doctor's operation, pass on the instruments, spit, mix the materials, etc., and ensure a smooth process.
- Guide patients on the correct method of oral care, provide pre- and post-operative instructions and consultation.
- Responsible for patient basic information registration, medical record organization and archiving, and maintaining the accuracy of electronic medical records.
- Implement daily infection control measures, strictly follow aseptic operating procedures, and ensure medical safety.
Work requirements
- Secondary school graduation or above, with dental assistant training qualifications or certificates, are given priority.
- Familiar with dental treatment procedures and common dental instruments names and uses, those with relevant internship or work experience are especially recommended.
- Have good communication skills, be patient and interact with patients, and help relieve their anxiety.
- Understand basic computer operations and be able to use office software and medical information systems fluently. Candidates with these skills will be given priority.
