Job Description
<div>Job Description: Store Manager<br><br>Job Responsibilities:<br>1. Responsible for the overall operation and management of the store, formulate and implement sales plans, and ensure the achievement of business targets. <br>2. Manage the in-store employee team, including recruitment, training, evaluation, and daily scheduling, to improve overall team efficiency and service quality.<br>3. Supervise product display, inventory management, and ordering process to ensure the store has sufficient supplies and is well-organized.<br>4. Maintain customer relationships, handle customer complaints and suggestions, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.<br>5. Regularly analyze store operating data, optimize operating strategies, reduce operating costs and improve profits.<br><br>Requirements:<br>1. Have at least three years of retail or related service industry management experience, those with store manager or equivalent position experience are preferred.<br>2. Familiar with retail business processes, with good market sensitivity and data analysis abilities.<br>3. Have excellent communication and coordination skills and leadership, able to effectively motivate team members.<br>4. Work seriously and responsibly, with a strong sense of responsibility and stress resistance, and able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.<br>5. Have good service awareness, pay attention to details, and be able to make decisions based on customer needs. <br><br>Benefits:<br>1.
