Software Testing Engineer

Duties:

1. Participate in the development of project test plans, test case writing and test environment setup, and do the necessary preparation work before testing;

2. Execute tests, evaluate software features and defects, bug tracking and validation, analyze test results, write test reports;

3. Maintain positive and effective communication with development, product, etc. members in the project, and push for timely and reasonable solutions to problems;

4. Control test progress, mitigate risks, and improve the testing process;

5. Learn new tools, try new methods to improve testing efficiency;

Requirements:

1. Have a good understanding of testing theory fundamentals and software testing processes;

2. Be meticulous and patient in your work, with a strong sense of responsibility;

3. Healthy body, with some stress resistance;

4. Strong learning ability, serious and dedicated work;

5. Computer science, automation, communications, robotics, information technology, and other related fields of study are preferred for graduates;

6. Candidates with six months or more of internship experience are preferred;
