management trainee

About the role

Join RKWM' as a Management Trainee in our Hung Hom, Kowloon City District office. This full-time role will see you gain exposure to all aspects of our Financial Services business, with the opportunity to develop the skills and experience needed to become a future leader within our organization.

What you'll be doing

• Complete a comprehensive training programme to develop a broad understanding of our business operations and service offerings

• Work closely with experienced professionals across different teams to learn key account and relationship management skills

• Assist with the delivery of a range of banking and financial services to our valued clients

• Contribute to the development of client proposals and presentations

• Participate in projects and initiatives that drive continuous improvement across the organization

• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with our client base

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting or Business Administration

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• A keen interest in the Financial Services industry and a desire to develop a successful career in this field

• Fluency in English and Cantonese, with proficiency in Mandarin an advantage

• A proactive, adaptable and team-oriented approach
