We are looking for a Alter Ego—a smart, sales-minded, and tech-native professional to act as the CEO’s right hand. This is not a traditional admin role; it is a high-impact position for someone who wants to master sales skills.Strategic Partnerships, Internal Leadership, and AI-Driven Execution.

Your Impact (The CEO’s Alter Ego)

• External Representation & Networking: Act as the CEO’s surrogate at high-level events and industry functions. You will connect with key stakeholders, manage external relationships, and build the PressLogic brand in the wild.

• Opportunity Hunter (Sales DNA): You have a nose for business. You will spot strategic opportunities, initiate high-level conversations, and pass "warm" leads to our internal sales teams to close.

• AI-Agent Operator: In our "AI-Agent First" culture, you won't do things the old way. You will be trained to use and build AI workflows to automate strategic admin, research, and communication, making you 10x more productive than a traditional manager.

• Internal "Pusher" & Culture Driver: Bridge the gap between the CEO’s vision and the team’s execution. You will drive internal momentum and lead the organization of core events like Quarterly Townhalls and Annual Dinners.

• Strategic Special Projects: Execute high-stakes personal and professional projects for the CEO that require extreme discretion, speed, and a "get-it-done" mindset.

Who We Are Looking For (The "Double" Profile)

• 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Agency Account Management, or Startup Operations.

• Sales DNA: You are naturally persuasive, comfortable networking with C-suite executives, and motivated by growth.

• AI-Native Mindset: You believe that if a task can be done by an AI agent, it should be. You are eager to master our AIGC capabilities and MediaLens tools.

• Exceptional Social IQ: You can read a room, handle complex relationships, and represent the CEO's "voice" perfectly both internally and externally.

• Bilingual Excellence: Fluency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin is essential.
