HomeDash is a Hong Kong-based "Chat-first AI property platform" that provides faster and more accurate customer matching, listing and exposure solutions for real estate companies and agents. We are expanding our front-end team to face street property shops, housing estates and shopping malls, and promoting HomeDash's listing plan, advertising exposure and SaaS tools.

Your job

• In the designated areaDoor-to-door visits/sweeping the streets: Real estate shops, housing estate ground sales, street station promotion
• Introduction and promotion: PlatformPublishing solutions, advertising packages, films and content services, SaaS tools (CRM/AI conversational assistant)
• Record visits, follow-up progress, and signature status using HomeDash CRM
• Collaborate with operations/content/technical teams to develop solutions based on customer requirements
• Achieve weekly/monthly goalsVisitation volume, trial activation, and signatureWait for KPI

We hope you

• Fluent in Cantonese, proactive and talkative,Fearless outdoor visits, stress resistance and self-motivation
• Basic English and Chinese writing, familiar with WhatsApp / Email / Excel or Google Sheet
• HaveSales experience（any industry is possible），happy to be goal-oriented

• Real estate industryBackground (such as agency, real estate market familiarity)
• Advertising sales/Media salesExperience (such as Google/Meta/Content/Video Solutions)
• SaaS/softwareSolution sales or Demo experience
• B2B customer development (Cold Visit/Cold Call) experience
