Private wealth general manager (marketing boss) ) Job Responsibilities:

1. Based on the company's overall development strategy, formulate the company's marketing plan and push for its execution;

2. Design marketing strategies and plans, maintain and expand the high-end diversified customer market, and be responsible for the company's overall performance target;

4. Responsible for team management, organizing various business training, improving team members’ professional skills, cultivating team goals and cohesion, and achieving sales improvement and win-win results;

5. Expand into new regional markets, assemble a sales team for the new region, and continuously recruit and reserve outstanding talents.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, marketing, market, management, finance, etc. Relevant professional priority;

2. More than 7 years of financial industry work experience, 3 to 5 years of marketing management experience, currently holding the position of general manager of financial institutions such as banks, trust companies, private equity fund companies, cooperative manufacturers' wealth management, etc., will be given priority;

3. Have excellent marketing skills, organizational planning, team management, communication and coordination, public speaking, etc.;
