Job Description
Job Responsibilities
  • Familiar with Southeast Asian (especially Vietnamese) cuisine, food names and basic cooking methods, and able to accurately introduce dishes to customers and recommend combinations
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and other colleagues closely, provide flexible support during peak hours, and enhance overall operating efficiency and customer satisfaction

Work requirements
  • No relevant experience is required, and newcomers are welcome to apply; those with basic Cantonese communication skills, those who understand Mandarin or English are preferred
  • Personal appearance is clean and tidy, attitude is friendly and proactive, and good service awareness and team spirit are possessed
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced dining environment, with basic stress resistance and coping skills
  • Can be adjusted to fit shift arrangements, including evening shifts, weekends and public holidays

Benefits
  • Monthly salary of HKD$17,000 or above, with a bonus for meeting targets, paid monthly by cash cheque
  • Full-time employees work 9 hours a day, with a paid lunch break, and free employee meals
  • Enjoy a birthday holiday of one day without deduction of salary
  • Overtime is paid according to the Labor Law
