Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the construction and supervision of internal walls, floors and ceilings of construction sites, including plastering, laying bricks, laying bricks, waterproofing treatment and decorative surface engineering, etc. operations.
Follow the plans and construction specifications for on-site layout, elevation measurement, and benchmark setting to ensure that the project meets the design requirements and quality standards.
Coordinate with carpenters, painters, electricians, etc. other trades, properly arrange the sequence of operations, avoid cross construction conflicts and delay the construction schedule.
Check the specifications, quantity and quality of the materials used (such as cement, sand, bricks, tiles, etc.), and assist in material reception and on-site storage management.
Regularly report to the supervisor on project progress, construction problems and safety hazards, and participate in regular safety inspections and follow-up on construction sites.

Work requirements

Having three or more years of local construction site mud and water construction practical experience, familiar with the Hong Kong Building Ordinance, Housing Department guidelines and construction site safety rules.
Holding a valid "Safety Card" (Green Card) and completing a specified safety training (such as CISRS, SSSTS or Housing Department recognized safety course) are basic requirements.
