HR Assistant / Assistant Officer

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting full spectrum of HR functions in payroll, recruitment & contract, MPF, etc.

• Maintain and update HR system and filing system accurately and effectively

• Manage staff attendance record and leave application

• Assist the implementation of HR projects

• Oversee daily HR administrative tasks, execute departmental initiatives, and support other ad-hoc projects

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline

• 1 year of relevant working experience is a plus

• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and MPF regulations

• Detail-minded, responsible, proactive and able to work independently

• Good team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications (Word and Excel) and Chinese Word Processing

• Responsible, hardworking, able to multi-task to meet tight schedule

• Fresh graduates are also welcome
