Job Description: Hong Kong Identity Immigration Consultant

Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide professional Hong Kong identity application and immigration related services to customers, including policy interpretation and planning advice.
2. Assist customers in preparing relevant documents to ensure that all materials meet government requirements and are submitted on time.
3. Follow up on customers’ identity application progress, and communicate and handle problems encountered in the process in a timely manner.
4. Regularly study changes in Hong Kong and international immigration policies, and keep professional knowledge up to date and accurate.
5. Hold a seminar or one-on-one consultation for potential customers to answer questions about identity planning.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, legal, international relations or Relevant professional background is preferred.
2. Have good written and oral expression skills in Chinese and English, and be able to fluently perform bilingual work.
3. Work carefully and responsibly, with a strong sense of service and team spirit.
