About the role
Supreme Joy Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our sports entertainment centre, ensuring efficient and effective management of our facilities, staff, and resources. As Operations Manager, you will play a vital part in driving the company's strategic objectives and contributing to our continued success in the Kai Tak Kowloon City District.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise business performance and enhance customer satisfaction
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the company's operations, including staffing, budgeting, inventory control, and quality assurance
- Liaise with various departments to ensure seamless communication and the efficient execution of plans and initiatives
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring they meet health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the operations team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and profitability
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior operations role within the hospitality industry
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
- Proven track record of implementing operational efficiency initiatives and driving continuous improvement
- Thorough understanding of the regulatory environment and compliance requirements in the hospitality industry
- Proficient in using various software and technologies to support operational management
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
