Job Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile daily securities trade settlements across multiple markets and asset classes.

• Coordinate with brokers, custodians, and internal trading and compliance teams to ensure timely and accurate settlement execution.

• Maintain detailed settlement records, resolve discrepancies, and escalate critical issues in accordance with operational risk protocols.

• Support month-end and year-end close activities, including reporting, reconciliation summaries, and audit preparation.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and assisting in system or procedural enhancements.

Requirements

• Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is essential for effective cross-functional and client communication.

• No formal academic qualifications or prior industry experience required; strong candidates with aptitude for detail, numeracy, and process discipline will be considered.

• Eligibility to work in Hong Kong under one of the following: Hong Kong Permanent Resident status, High Talent Pass Scheme, Quality Migrant Admission Scheme, IANG, Dependent Visa, or other valid work authorization.

• Ability to work core office hours (9:00–18:00, Monday to Friday), with flexibility to support hybrid working arrangements including remote and office-based modes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn proprietary settlement platforms and internal systems.
