Position: Social Worker (SWIII) (Ref 26-05-02) Quantity: 1 person

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage the Siu Sai Bay Rural Elderly Outreach Service and Community Care Voucher Scheme;

• Executive Elder Outreach, Case Management, and Caregiver Services

• Executive Director of Elderly Services and Administrative Work

Requirements:

• Registered social worker with a social work associate degree or a higher diploma;

• At least 3 years of social service experience;

• Preference will be given to those with health care, elderly care, and project management;

Salary: $23,770-$29,480 (depending on education and experience)

Working hours:

Working 5 days per week (a total of 45 hours/10 classes).
