Assistant Manager

<ul><li><p><strong>Main responsibilities:</strong></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Assist in managing the daily operations and administrative management of the clinic</p></li><li><p>Responsible for Chinese herbal medicine health products sales and tracking sales performance</p></li><li><p>Assist in the formulation and implementation of market promotion strategies</p></li><li><p>Assist in handling patient inquiries, appointments or/and complaints</p></li><li><p>Coordinate clinic training matters</p></li><li><p>Assist in managing various warehouses</p></li><li><p>Handle other tasks assigned by your supervisor</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Entry Requirements: </strong></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Holding a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields</p></li><li><p>3 years or above in administrative or sales experience, those with Chinese medicine or wellness industry experience are preferred</p></li><li><p>Able to speak English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), with good communication and interpersonal skills</p></li><li><p>Familiar with the use of Microsoft Office, those with clinic management software experience are preferred</p></li><li><p>Leadership skills, proactive attitude, and ability to complete tasks independently</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Salary and benefits:</strong></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Basic salary plus monthly bonuses range from HKD 22,000 - HKD 26,000</p></li><li><p>Working no more than 48 hours per week</p></li><li><p>Medical and dental coverage</p></li><li><p>Paid annual leave</p></li><li><p>Monthly bonuses</p></li><li><p>Year-end bonuses</p></li><li><p>On-the-job training and further study allowance</p></li><li><p>Employee shopping discounts</p></li></ul><p></p></li></ul>
