Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for developing, implementing and continuously optimizing the company's precious metal futures business risk control policies and procedures, ensuring that all trading activities strictly comply with internal risk control standards and regulatory requirements.
Comprehensive identification and evaluation of market risk, credit risk, liquidity risk and operational risk, establishment of an effective risk early warning mechanism, and timely alerting of major risk signals to the management layer.
Lead the design, development and validation of risk control models, regularly conduct risk assessments, scenario analysis and stress tests, and ensure the company's risk tolerance in extreme market conditions.
Coordinate and manage the risk control team, clarify their responsibilities and divisions of labor, enhance their professional skills and execution efficiency, regularly organize internal training, and strengthen the whole team's risk awareness.
Regularly compile risk reports, report the overall risk situation and major risk event disposal progress to the company's senior management, and propose practical and feasible improvement strategies and response plans.
In the event of major market fluctuations or risk events, quickly activate the emergency plan, coordinate with relevant departments to respond and handle, and minimize losses and impacts.

Work requirements

No academic background is required, those with practical skills are preferred; those with financial, economic, mathematical, statistical, computer science or related professional backgrounds are even better.
Have excellent risk identification, quantitative evaluation and control abilities, be able to independently lead the construction and optimization of the risk control system, and have experience in building a risk control mechanism from scratch.
Proficient in common risk management tools and techniques, familiar with Python, R, SQL, etc. data analysis tools or software, and with risk control modeling and big data analysis capabilities.
Have excellent team leadership and cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, and be able to make quick and accurate decisions under high pressure.
