Job Description
Immigration Consultant Manager
Job Responsibilities
Provide professional immigration planning advice to high net worth clients, business owners and family customers, covering Hong Kong investment immigration, labor input, specialist plan, outstanding talent plan, study abroad immigration, overseas Chinese settlement (such as the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Singapore, etc.) Comprehensive scheme design
Participate in company market expansion work, co-plan lectures, seminars and customer meeting activities with the marketing department, and enhance brand professional image and customer referral rate.
Work requirements
Have three years of experience in immigration consulting or cross-border legal services, with at least one year as a team management position;
Familiar with the Hong Kong Immigration Department's various talent and residency plan application processes, and have some operational experience in mainstream immigration routes such as the UK, Canada, Australia, and Singapore;
Preference will be given to those with relevant professional qualifications (e.g. Hong Kong Immigration Consultant Association certification, UK OISC Level 3, Australian MARA registration, etc.) ;
Preference will be given to those with excellent bilingual (Cantonese and English) written and oral expression skills, who can independently write professional proposal documents, submit files and give high-level customer presentations;
Responsibility, confidentiality, and cross-cultural communication sensitivity, able to handle customer needs involving privacy, timeliness, and policy uncertainty.
