Urgently recruiting warehouse logistics specialist/logistics assistant/logistics coordinator (weekend double pay)

[Job Responsibilities]

1. Execute daily operations of the warehouse (electronic chips/IC/electronic components trade distribution warehouse) including receiving goods, shipping goods, product classification, record keeping, inventory control, etc.;

2. Regularly check in and out of the warehouse and warehouse inventory, ensure the accuracy of the system's warehouse and out-of-warehouse storage data;

3. Process and organize warehouse documents, such as delivery orders, receipt orders, etc.;

4. Communicate with other departments.

[Job Requirements]

1. High school graduate with at least 1 year of warehouse experience;

2. Mandarin can be used as a working communication language, understand simple English;

3. Proficient in office software Excel and system operations;

4. Welcome new Hong Kong residents to submit their resume.

[Benefits]

Monthly salary: $15K - $18K & negotiable

Holiday: 7-14 days per year based on seniority

Rest: weekend double pay, public holidays

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:30-18:00

MPF: 5% ratio purchase

2. Conduct regular verification of inbound and outbound shipments as well as warehouse stocktaking to ensure the accuracy of inbound, outbound and inventory data in the system.
3. Process and organize warehouse documents such as delivery orders and goods receiving notes.
4. Maintain communication with other departments.

Job Requirements

1. Hold a high school diploma and possess at least 1 year of warehouse-related work experience.
2. Proficient in Mandarin for work communication and have a grasp of basic English.
3. Skilled in operating the Excel office software and relevant warehouse management systems.
4. New arrivals in Hong Kong are welcome to apply.

Benefits

• Monthly Salary: HK$15,000 - HK$18,000 (negotiable)
• Annual Leave: 7 - 14 days per year, depending on length of service
• Rest Days: Two days off per weekend plus public holidays
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday
• Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF): Contributed at a 5% ratio
