Senior Accountant/High-level Accountant

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements

• Monitor Overdue Accounts Receivable

• Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy

• Co-ordinate with accounting team of HK, China and overseas office

• Assist to prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and yearly consolidated financial report schedules for management review

• Review payment requests across global offices

• Assist preparing consolidated Financial Statement and audit schedule

• Support management and department head to carry out daily financial tasks

• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• At least 5 years working experience, manufacturing field is preferable

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Accounting or related discipline

• ACCA / HKICPA / other accounting professional student member

• Experience in ERP and computerized accounts system is a plus

• Good PC skills especially MS Office

• Solid experience in consolidation process, treasury, corporate finance, cashflow, and financial analysis

• Able to meet tight reporting schedules

• Team player, mature, independent, multitasker withstrong communication skills and sound analytical mind

• Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English

• Strong problem solving and organizing abilities, stable and independent

• Willing to travel overseas and china factory if necessary
