Nurse aide

Job Responsibilities

• Provide safe feeding support according to the needs of the elderly, including preparing tasty meals, assisting with eating, and observing swallowing conditions.

• Execute safe holding and position transfer, prevent falls and pressure ulcers, and assist with simple joint activities during rehabilitation training.

• Record daily care situations (such as diet, elimination, activity level, abnormal symptoms, etc.), and maintain clear communication with family members.

Work requirements

• Holding a Hong Kong-recognized "Rehabilitation Assistant Certificate"、「Nurse Assistant Certificate" or relevant qualifications, you must provide a valid certificate copy.

• Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese, with basic Mandarin conversational skills, to meet the needs of communication with the elderly and their families.

• Have basic knowledge of elderly care, understand the care priorities and boundaries for those with cognitive impairment, mobility difficulties and chronic diseases.

• Health and wellness, good physical condition, able to independently complete tasks such as carrying, moving, and prolonged standing/bending, etc., which require high physical fitness.

Benefits

• Hourly rate of HKD$90–$100, calculated based on actual working hours.

• Flexible scheduling, working 4 to 8 hours a day, with specific time slots and days to be negotiated with the supervisor during the interview.
