Job Description
<p>Responsiblitily:</p><p>1. Assist players, including VIP players across multiple channels, such as in-game message, email, and social media, to increase customer engagement and retention. </p><p>2. Ability to read/interpret reports. Analyze user behavior data to identify and resolve anomalies and enhance user engagement.</p><p>3. Maintain awareness of project status and conduct surveys to gather user feedback, providing a basis for product optimization and operational decisions.</p><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>1. Like to play games, love games, like to help others solve problems</p><p>2. Native or Mother tongue level in English - Must</p><p>3. Experience in building social content – Nice to have</p><p>4. Have good stress resistance and sense of responsibility, good at communication</p><p></p>
