Job Title: Customer Service & Reservations Executive

Key Responsibilities
Receive, review, and respond to customer reservation enquiries by email
Confirm booking availability, arrangements, and reservation status accurately
Handle customer enquiries professionally and provide timely solutions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Maintain clear and accurate reservation records
Deliver a positive customer experience for a diverse international client base
Requirements
No specific work experience or academic qualification is required; training will be provided
Strong interest in customer communication and helping others
Good command of written and spoken English
Good computer skills, including email and daily office applications
Responsible, detail-oriented, positive, and able to handle different challenges
Able to work independently while enjoying teamwork in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours & Benefits
Shift-based role: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Roster arrangement applies; weekend work may be required
Entitled monthly rest days, arranged according to the duty roster
Compensatory leave will be provided for work performed on public holidays
