Job Responsibilities
1. Assist with daily operations of the airline ticket counter, learning basic processes such as ticketing, issuing, rescheduling, and refunding.
2. Receive customers, handle inquiries, provide service support, and maintain a clean and professional image at the counter.
3. Assist in handling file archiving, system data input, order verification, etc. Administrative work.
4. Collaborate with the supervisor to arrange attendance, assist in sales and counter management.
5. Assist in handling sudden situations, comply with company regulations and the requirements of the Travel Industry Supervisory Board and airlines.
Job Requirements
1. Secondary five education or above, fresh graduates are welcome, no experience is required.
2. Proactive and positive, responsible, and willing to learn the airline ticketing industry.
3. Fluent Cantonese, good Mandarin, basic English preferred.
5. High stability, with interest in tourism and aviation industry development.
